The song is called “Eleven O’Clock” as a nod to the musical theater. In the theater, eleven o’clock is a term used for a musical act that happens late at the second act in a two-acts musical. It usually refers to a realization of the protagonist, and it’s called like that because the act usually happened at 11 o’clock, back when the show started at 8:30 P.M. The eleven o’clock’s song is usually not the last number of the musical, as happens in the episode as well (this song is followed by final number, “West Covina (Final Reprise)”.
