|Eugene Cordero is a Filipino-American actor and improvisational comedian. He was raised in Michigan where he attended Brother Rice High School. It's there he became friends with Andy Juett, the future founder of the High Plains Comedy Festival. Cordero spent some time in New York City working in a sketch comedy group with Bobby Moynihan and Charlie Sanders at the Uptight Citizens Brigade. He eventually moved out west to Los Angeles where he still performs to this day with the UCB branch there. Cordero found steady work as an actor appearing in television shows like "Hawaii 5-O" and "Drunk History". He's appeared on the "Comedy Bang! Bang!" podcast and gotten voice over work on cartoons like "Steven Universe". He has also had roles in movies such as "Ghostbusters" and "Kong: Skull Island". He is married to actress/writer Tricia McAlpin. On "Crazy Ex-Girlfriend" he portrays the recurring character of "Alex" in Seasons One and Two.|
