Mount Christine Outpatient Center is an extension of Glenn Willow Medical Center. It’s located in West Covina, California and its staff includes Dr. Daniel Shin. Rebecca Bunch attends group therapy sessions there following her diagnosis of having Borderline Personality Disorder. The medical center's first appearance was in the Season Three Episode "Josh is Irrelevant."

• "Getting Over Jeff.": Rebecca goes to Dr. Shin’s office where she’s told to step out of her therapy bubble and reconnect with the rest of the world.
• "Nathaniel Needs My Help!": Rebecca goes to Dr. Shin’s office where she tells she’s worried that she’s repeating obsessive patterns. She later tells Dr. Shin and her therapy group the plan she has to improve Nathaniel’s relationship with his father.
