Rachel Grate
Rachel Kathleen Grate is an American stage and film actress. She was born in Camarillo, California and is of German and Brazilian descent. Grate is fluent in Brazilian Portuguese and holds dual citizenship in the United States and Brazil. Rachel began her career at a very young age with her first credited appearance on "Unsolved Mysteries" in 1987. She went to John Burroughs High School in Burbank, and attended UC Irvine where she graduated with a BA in Drama and Honors in Acting. She continued her television career both in guest starring roles and in commercials. Grate also appeared in films such as "Camilla Dickinson". For her performance on "ER" she was nominated for a Young Artist Award. She won best supporting actress at the Rome International Film Festival for the film "Shoot the Moon". She was recently nominated for an LA Stage Alliance Ovation Award for her performance as Kay in The Pliant Girls. She has a younger sister who is also an actress named Brenda Grate. Rachel Grate currrently has a reccuring role on The CW network show "Crazy Ex-Girlfriend" as Audra Levine.
