Rachel Specter is an American actress and writer best known for a series of commercials promoting the RGX body spray. She was born on April 9, 1980 to Randie and Steven C. Specter in Tampa, Florida. It is unclear what high school she attended for Freshman and Sophomore year, but Rachel Specter graduated from Chamberlain High School in 1998. On a full academic scholarship she graduated with honors from the University of Florida in 2002. Along with her commercial work she has acted on television and films while also working behind the scenes having written episodes for several shows such as "Cougar Town". On July 4, 2010 she married comedian Dan Levy and together they have two children child; a boy named Abe (born in May 2013), and daughter named Romy (born in 2015). She is currently a co-producer and writer on "Crazy Ex-Girlfriend". Specter is good friends with fellow staff writer and co-producer Audrey Wauchope with whom she has worked together with on numerous projects. She and Wauchope both made their onscreen debut together on the show cameoing as nurses in the Season Two episode "Can Josh Take A Leap Of Faith?". |

Audrey Wauchope[]
Rachel Specter is good friends with fellow "Crazy Ex-Girlfriend" writing staff member Audrey Wauchope. Together they co-wrote the episodes "My Mom, Greg's Mom and Josh's Sweet Dance Moves!" and "Josh's Sister is Getting Married!". In the past they have worked on a number of different television shows including a pilot with actress Angela Kinsey who just happens to be the ex-wife of Wauchope's husband TV producer Warren Lieberstein. |
