Although she was going as Greg Serrano's date, she intended to impress Josh so she spent a long time primping for the event which was a laborious and grueling process. Its first appearance was in the Season One episode "Josh Just Happens to Live Here!". The song is track number 4 on the Crazy Ex-Girlfriend: Original Television Soundtrack (Season 1 - Vol.1). It is one of several songs from the show to have an explicit version that was released on Rachel Bloom’s Youtube channel racheldoesstuff.
